Whataburger is set to open a corporate-owned 2,074-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru at University Place redevelopment, a mixed-use project led by Ram Realty Advisors. Plans have been submitted and must complete the town’s review process before construction can begin. Expected to open mid-2027.
