Blueprint Cookies rebranding as Cookie Head, reopening Philadelphia Rittenhouse location. Menu includes core cookies, new brookie, flourless chocolate cake, soft-serve ice cream and milkshakes. Second location in Richboro opening March 21.

Titusz

Hungarian and Austrian restaurant in Lawrenceville by Chef Csilla Thackray, focusing on Central European cuisine with dishes like chicken paprikash, lángos, and Kaspressknödel. 49-seat restaurant in former Merchant Oyster Co. space.

Pizzaiolo Primo

Third location of Pizzaiolo Primo opening in former Atria’s location, featuring Neopolitan cuisine with wood-fired pizza oven imported from Italy

Jezabel’s

Argentine chef Jezabel Careaga is opening a new hybrid bakery and restaurant location in Fitler Square, featuring empanadas, pastries, and expanded plated dishes including steak and pasta. The space will have an open kitchen, 24-seat dining room, and rear garden. Will start as bakery/lunch spot with dinner service to follow.

CAVA Mediterranean

CAVA Mediterranean opening new 2,565 square foot location at Beltway Towne Centre, expected to employ 25-40 local workers. Hours will be 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Raising Cane’s

Multiple new restaurants coming to Wilkes-Barre Township including Raising Cane’s on Mundy Street next to Olive Garden, Dave’s Hot Chicken in former Blaze Pizza location, Wonder Restaurant fast-food hall with 20 cuisines, Assad’s Hot Chicken set to open Friday, and Crumbl Cookie. Opening dates not yet released for most locations.

Get Joy

Ice cream and coffee shop that employs individuals with different abilities. Will offer hard and soft ice cream made on-premises, freshly brewed coffee, and made-to-order tiny pancakes. Features ADA-accessible design and outdoor play structure. Space is undergoing complete renovation.

Tang Dumpling

Tang Dumpling is expanding from Hummelstown to open a new 3,500-square-foot location near Park City Center in Lancaster. The restaurant will serve traditional Chinese dumplings, ramen, rice cakes, fried rice dishes and boba tea. Signs are already up at the former Sprint store location.
