First brick-and-mortar location for Happy Bear Coffee Company, a 3,036 sq ft cafe and wine bar in Philadelphia Navy Yard. Will serve specialty coffee, curated wine, breakfast items, sandwiches, and grab-and-go offerings in partnership with Carlino’s Specialty Foods.
HiJinx Brewing Company
HiJinx Brewing Company is relocating to a new space in partnership with the Tatamy Volunteer Fire Company. The new location will feature cornhole, quoits, karaoke, live music, outdoor fun, seasonal celebrations, and a banquet/private event space.

Craft-driven pizza concept opening at Gather Food Hall in Schuylkill Yards. Features signature pizza dough made from Pacific Northwest and Italian flour blend, plus comfort items like Assembly Fries and chicken parmesan sandwich. Led by hospitality professional Caleb Walcott.
Gouldsburger’s
Gouldsburger’s expanding with multiple new franchise locations. Ardmore location opening within next two to three weeks, operated by franchise owners Samantha Sandoz and Mike O’Leary. Additional locations planned in Marlton NJ (early January), Glassboro NJ (by March 1), and Cinnaminson NJ (early spring).

Brazilian-American steakhouse chain opening first Lehigh Valley location at former Ruby Tuesday spot in Lehigh Valley Mall. Features all-you-can-eat churrascaria dining with flame-grilled meats carved tableside and 50-item salad area.
