Triple Sun Spirits Co. is renovating and expanding their Emmaus tasting room into ‘The Railyard’ – a new concept combining distillery experience with sit-down restaurant. Will feature three distinct rooms: game room with arcade games and pool tables, dining room with open kitchen serving elevated sandwiches and salads, and upgraded tasting room/retail shop.

Polish Water Ice franchise plans to serve stadium-style concessions by the end of April

Roy Rogers

Roy Rogers plans to open three standalone locations in South-Central Pennsylvania (Lancaster, Harrisburg, and Mechanicsburg). Only one location confirmed so far near Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre on Centerville Road in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County. Details for other locations to be announced.

Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse confirmed plans to locate at Indian Rock Landing commercial development near Cressona. Site preparation set to complete by Aug 11, 2026. Building permit close to being issued. 7,926-square-foot structure with 157 parking spaces planned.

Tipsy Scoop

Tipsy Scoop will open Philadelphia’s first ‘Barlour’ in Rittenhouse Square, featuring boozy ice cream and sorbets with up to 5% ABV. The location will be company-owned in partnership with BOTLD spirits retailer and will offer exclusive Philadelphia items including The Philly Freeze and Bird Gang Blackout.

Sushi by Scratch Restaurants

Michelin-starred hospitality group Scratch Restaurants Group plans to open two concepts – Sushi by Scratch Restaurants (omakase with 10 seats) and Not a Damn Change Burger (Wagyu burger concept) – in Midtown Village. Customers enter through NADC Burger to access the speakeasy-style sushi restaurant.

Roy Rogers Restaurants

Roy Rogers restaurant opening through conversion of existing Jamba/Auntie Anne’s drive-thru location. Part of three-store development agreement for South-Central Pennsylvania markets including Lancaster, Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg.

Steel Town Tavern

New tavern replacing Murray Avenue Grill in Squirrel Hill, featuring old-school Pittsburgh tavern atmosphere with home-cooked meals and cold drinks. Open daily 11 a.m. to midnight.

$20 million outdoor expansion featuring 5,000-person-capacity outdoor music venue, rooftop bar and beer garden at South Philadelphia sports complex

AC Marriott

New AC Marriott hotel as part of Harbor Place waterfront development phase two. Part of multi-stage master plan by Scott Enterprises. Will include public spaces and parks between hotels.
