Madis Coffee Roasters is opening its fourth Philadelphia location on the ground floor of an apartment building at 210 S. 12th St. The cafe specializes in specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and Mediterranean-inspired brunch options. Asad’s Hot Chicken

Philadelphia-founded Nashville hot chicken chain opening its first Main Line location in Malvern, PA. Grand opening event set for June 12, 3-6 PM with free food. Chain has 15 locations in Greater Philly area. Menu includes hot chicken sandwiches, sliders, tenders, mac and cheese, loaded fries, milkshakes and smoothies.

The Buttery

The Buttery is opening a new location at the former Kindred Collective space in Bryn Mawr, PA. Grand opening is slated for June 20, 2026. The popular eatery will serve signature pastries, beverages, breakfast, and lunch.

Raising Cane’s

Raising Cane’s received final land development plan approval from West Manchester Township Board of Supervisors on May 26, 2026.
