Immersive wizard and witchcraft themed experience opening at Broadway at the Beach. Features potion bar with non-alcoholic drinks, magical creature adoption, interactive wands, and fantasy storytelling elements. Third location for the brand expanding from Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Mothers Oysters + Pie

New oyster and pizza restaurant opening in Lexington, featuring half shell oysters, handmade pasta, and pizza made with 30-year-old sourdough starter. Co-owned by Jonathan Stambolitis and Kit Pantone. Plans to add rooftop brunch about a month after opening.

V Modern Italian

New Italian restaurant from Fast Fine Restaurant Group, featuring antipasti, house-made pastas, wood-fired entrees with local Lowcountry ingredients. Menu developed with Michelin-starred chef Stefano Ciotti. Located in Greystar building downtown.

Riva Mare

Coastal Italian rooftop restaurant by The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, located atop Storehouse Nine in Charleston’s Design District at Navy Yard Charleston. Will serve Lowcountry seafood with European influence and offer Cooper River views. First full-service dining option in the Navy Yard Charleston redevelopment project.

JINYA Ramen Bar

JINYA Ramen Bar is opening in Magnolia Park shopping center on Woodruff Road. Sign has been spotted and franchise website lists location as ‘Coming soon’. Official opening date not yet announced.

Neat Bourbon Bar opening first Charleston area location in former Topsail spot

Texas-based burger chain opening new location in Rock Hill, SC. 24-hour restaurant serving burgers, chicken, and breakfast items with customizable options.

No Name Deli

No Name Deli is relocating from its longtime Marion Street location to a newly renovated space on Laurel Street. The restaurant will be closed Feb. 27 through March 1 for the transition and will officially reopen March 3, 2026.

Home2 Suites

Four-story Home2 Suites extended-stay hotel planned for Exit 5 in North Augusta. This will be the second Hilton-branded hotel at this location, following the Tru Hotel by Hilton that opened in 2023.

Bordertown BBQ

Texas-style barbecue restaurant with Mexican street flair replacing former Home Slice Pizzeria. Features 1000-gallon stick burner smoker and slow-smoked meats. Owners are experienced restaurateurs from Massachusetts.
