King of Fire Pizza
Award-winning pizza maker Siler Chapman’s King of Fire Pizza is expanding with a new location in Clover. The brand also has locations planned for Greenville and Indian Land (opening next summer). King of Fire specializes in wood-fired pizzas and currently operates from food trucks and one brick-and-mortar location in Uptown.
Keke’s Breakfast Cafe
First of five Keke’s Breakfast Cafes planned for Upstate South Carolina. 4,500-square-foot space next to J. Crew Factory. Franchisee Jeff Rigsby signed development agreement for all five locations to open within three years.
Parkin’ Latte
Mobile coffee truck expanding to brick-and-mortar location in downtown Blacksburg. Menu includes cold brew, lattes, macchiatos, brewed tea, chai, matcha, refreshers, smoothies and energy drinks. Will continue operating main trailer in Clover on weekdays.
Steel City Pizza Company
Pittsburgh-inspired pizza shop opening new location in Mount Pleasant after closing Ben Sawyer Boulevard location. Known for City Pies and Steelwiches. Has other locations in Summerville and North Charleston.
Capri’s Italian Restaurant
Capri’s Italian Restaurant will be taking over the former Tipsy Taco location after it closed on Dec. 31, 2025
