Coffee shop with cafe and drive-thru, currently under construction. Will be their first location featuring indoor seating, drive-thru and large outdoor patio. Menu includes pastries, espresso beverages, teas and additional beverage options.
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers
Raising Cane’s plans to open a new location on Woodruff Road at The Point shopping center, joining REI, Whole Foods and Petco. Granby
Granby is reopening as a standalone location after previously operating as Granby Grill and then as a ghost kitchen. The restaurant will serve classic burgers, fries, pizza and wings with a smaller menu than the original. It will be primarily takeout with a few tables and will continue delivery services.
The Cooper
The Cooper hotel is described as one of Charleston’s most anticipated hotel openings of the year, located near Concord and Market streets, next to Waterfront Park. Opening was delayed from original late 2025 target, then from March 1 to March 30, 2026.
Lowline Hotel
197-key lifestyle hotel under JdV by Hyatt brand collection. Full renovation of former Hyatt Place Charleston Historic District. Features Charleston-inspired indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant, private dining room with golf simulator, coffee shop, indoor pool, and nearly 8,000 square feet of event space. Located on King Street retail corridor.
The Crossing
Mediterranean-inspired restaurant at The Cooper from Beemok Hospitality Collection with views of Charleston Harbor. Executive Chef Nick Dugan previously worked at Sorelle which earned a Michelin recommendation. Beverage program led by Cameron Nadler, formerly of Polo Bar in NYC.
