Restaurant within The Lantern Hotel Rock Hill, a 56-room boutique hotel. Will feature restaurant, bar, private speakeasy, event space and private dining room. Operated by Noble Food & Pursuits, helmed by Jim Noble.

The Open Door

Farm-to-table restaurant and event venue featuring burgers, pork bites and flatbreads with a laid back atmosphere. Described as a long held secret in Pickens ready to share its food with the rest of the region.

Five Guys

Family-owned Five Guys franchise opening with grand opening celebration. Owned by Jeff and Christine Steiner, this will be their 34th location. Features community focus with chaplains, charitable giving, and employee support programs.

The Noble Restaurant & Bar

High-end restaurant and bar located within The Lantern Hotel Rock Hill, curated by Noble Food and Pursuits. Part of a boutique hotel development in the historic Guardian Building.

Local Pie

Local Pie expanding from Hilton Head area to new location at Compass Commons development. Two other restaurants (Frosty Frog Cafe and Cafe Al Dente) also opening at same development in April 2026.

The Lantern Hotel Rock Hill

59-key boutique hotel focused on inclusive employment for individuals with disabilities. Adaptive reuse of the historic Andrew Jackson Hotel (formerly Guardian Building). Will feature elevated accommodations and exceptional food and beverage offerings.

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences

South Carolina’s first Four Seasons Hotel and Residences to be built after demolition of former Days Inn. Demolition pushed to early 2026, delaying overall project timeline.

King of Fire Pizza

Award-winning pizza maker Siler Chapman’s King of Fire Pizza is expanding with a new location in Clover. The brand also has locations planned for Greenville and Indian Land (opening next summer). King of Fire specializes in wood-fired pizzas and currently operates from food trucks and one brick-and-mortar location in Uptown.
