Piccadilly To-Go has filed permits to convert the existing Fazoli’s location into their next Memphis restaurant. The quick-service comfort food concept will undergo interior remodeling including plumbing relocations, exhaust hood installation, and aesthetic changes.

Family-owned Memphis institution since 1949 opening new downtown location in converted Checkers storefront. 900 square feet space near Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Menu features comfort food including burgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, and chili.
Petra Cafe
Mediterranean restaurant making a comeback after shutting down in 2024. New location will have 2,490 square feet with occupant load of 65. Serves gyros, salads, paninis, and deli sandwiches.
Ramble on Summer
2-acre entertainment complex with concert venue and restaurant in a 6,500 square foot barndominium, featuring full service restaurant, bar, stage for performances, dog run and play area. Will emphasize local music including blues.
Chipotle
New Chipotle location opening with high protein menu options, Chipotle U Rewards program for college students, and build-your-own options. Currently hiring approximately 30 positions.
Ritual: Bistro, Coffee & Sips
New cafe opening in downtown Memphis in a 1,012 square foot storefront previously occupied by Bluff City Coffee. Will offer breakfast and lunch selections, craft beverages, and retail component. Received $30,000 retail improvement grant from Center City Development Corp.
