800-room hotel planned as part of a $9.4 billion mixed-use campus development by Houston-based Legacy Power Capital. Project includes data center, residential units, retail space, and innovation center. Hotel is part of later phases following the initial $400 million data center construction.
Em & Me Cafe
Vietnamese-inspired cafe concept coming to Germantown neighborhood. The name draws from Vietnamese words ’em’ (the younger one) and ‘me’ (mom). Will offer classic Vietnamese coffee and treats with a modern twist, designed to tell the story of the owners’ immigrant family.
Birdie’s Wine Bar
Wine bar opening in Q1 2026 in Lost and Found development in Inglewood/East Nashville. Owner is certified sommelier Kelly Boutwell. Will feature about 200 wines focusing on small producers, with Italian influence and moody design with green walls and white oak shelving.
Pizza Lolo
Popular pop-up Pizza Lolo specializing in Neapolitan pizza is opening its first brick-and-mortar location in the Lost and Found development in East Nashville. The development is expected to open in March and will act as a hospitality park and small-business incubator.
Dalts American Grill
Strategic Hospitality and Andrew Sohr of Happy Fat Boy Hospitality are taking over the closed Dalts American Grill location. The spot is expected to retain the Dalts legacy but details regarding the reopening remain scarce.
Soy Cubano
Cuban restaurant expanding to second location in the Nations area of Nashville. First expansion for the brand which originally opened at The Wash in spring 2022. Menu features Cuban coffee, empanadas, Cuban sandwiches, and Latin fusion dishes.
Beehive 35
New restaurant with 90-person occupancy, has liquor license approved and recently received sign permit. Restaurant concept details not yet available.
Hattie B’s Hot Chicken
Hattie B’s Hot Chicken will open a new 3,000 square foot ground-up building in Germantown Village Square. This will be their second Memphis area location and first opportunity to design a restaurant from scratch to optimize operations.
Flip Side Pinball Bar
Flip Side Pinball Bar is temporarily closed for renovations and will reopen with an entirely new menu featuring comfort food, 24 new pinball machines, new furniture with more high top tables, and hopes to have the patio open by spring.

West African cuisine pop-up and catering company transitioning to storefront. Known for bowls, fire-grilled suya, and vibrant drinks. 1,400 square feet with retail element. Currently rebranding and building new structure.
