Memphis businessman Sedrick Turner, who operates 15+ restaurant locations across four states, is investing in a new Checkers and Rally’s restaurant along Elvis Presley Boulevard in the Whitehaven neighborhood. The restaurant is expected to operate primarily through its drive-thru. Turner plans to open the location this fall despite ongoing construction challenges along the corridor.
