Swamp Bar
Swamp Bar is expanding into the adjacent space previously occupied by Second Line restaurant. The expansion will be a 1,000 square foot space with 75 person occupancy, featuring a casual side of Swamp Bar with a separate swamp-related name. It will be both a continuation of the brand and its own entity.

Tops Bar-B-Q
Tops Bar-B-Q is reopening its Rhodes Avenue location after fire damage in September 2025. The restaurant is undergoing fire restoration with like-for-like replacement of damaged systems. This is a reopening of an existing location rather than a brand new restaurant.
