1,840 square-foot Waffle House location in southwest Fort Worth near Chisholm Trail Parkway. Construction expected to begin February 2027 and finish August 2027. Estimated cost $300,000. Will be the sixth Waffle House in Fort Worth.

Universal Kids Resort featuring seven fully immersive lands, a family-focused hotel, and character meet-and-greets. Will showcase DreamWorks Animation, Nickelodeon, Illumination, and Jurassic World properties. Expected to generate 2,500+ construction jobs and numerous permanent roles.

140-room boutique hotel in downtown Tyler, a reimagined version of the 1920s Tyler landmark. Received 50% tax break for 10 years from commissioners.
White Castle
White Castle’s inaugural DFW location with 3,430 square feet, double drive-thru, and patio seating. Construction set to begin April 1, 2026 and wrap by September 1, 2026.
