Fast-casual pizza franchise founded by world renowned pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani. Features pizzas sold by the slice or whole, pasta dishes including gemelli pasta with vodka tomato cream sauce, salads and Italian desserts such as spumoni, cannoli and gelato.

High-profile steakhouse concept from ex-NYPD officer turned restaurateur Joseph Palladino, combining steakhouse, Italian, and seafood/sushi. Located in former Spec’s space at Preston and Royal intersection. Already successful in New York location.

El Pollo Loco

California-based restaurant franchise specializing in chicken marinated in citrus and grilled over an open flame. Opening in former Wienerschnitzel location. Palmetto Assets, LLC will be the franchisee.

Shake Shack

New Shake Shack location in northwest Plano featuring drive-through. Construction expected to start July 2026 and finish April 2027.
