Applebee’s opening inside existing IHOP restaurant as a dual-concept location serving IHOP breakfast and Applebee’s lunch/dinner 24/7

Parlor Doughnuts

Gourmet doughnut shop opening on Henderson Avenue in Dallas, featuring cronut-style laminated doughnuts, coffee, and breakfast/lunch items. Will be their first location in Dallas proper.

Simms Harbor House (new concept)

Derek and Sheree Simms, operators of Simms Harbor House, will open a yet-to-be-named restaurant concept at the former Hula Hut location. No specific opening timeline announced yet.

H3 Ranch

H3 Ranch restaurant will temporarily close in early April 2026 for $30M renovation as part of Stockyards Entertainment District expansion and is anticipated to reopen later in 2026

Westside Village Boutique Hotel

Boutique hotel as part of the $1.7 billion Westside Village mixed-use development. The 37-acre project will include 238,000 sq ft of retail, 1,785 multifamily units, 880,000 sq ft of office space, and the boutique hotel when completed in 2035.

Chuy’s

Austin-based Tex-Mex chain opening new 5,721 square foot location in McKinney. Construction set to begin May 18 and wrap by December 18, 2026.
