Paris Baguette
Paris Baguette’s sixth location in Greater Houston area, $750,000 buildout project merging two suites into 3,127 square-foot bakery, cafe, and kitchen. Construction starts mid-March 2026.
The Kebab Shop
Mediterranean fast-casual chain opening two Greater Houston locations. Construction expected to start in February and wrap up in July 2026. Each location costs $500,000 to complete. Second location also opening in New Caney.
Wendy’s
New Wendy’s franchise location opening in Humble, TX. Construction expected to start mid-February and wrap up by end of May. Franchisee Ricki Oberoi operates 48 Wendy’s locations between Texas and Florida. Location will be in partnership with a gas station.
Olive Garden
New Olive Garden location opening in Texas Heritage Marketplace in Katy. Construction set to start April 2026 and wrap up by November 2026. Contact is Darden Restaurants Design Manager who confirmed the opening but could not share exact dates.
Brooklyn Pizzeria
11th location of Houston-based Brooklyn Pizzeria chain opening in The Shoppes at Kingstate. Construction started beginning of 2026, expected to wrap up by end of March 2026. Family-owned authentic New York-style pizza restaurant.
IHOP/Applebee’s
Dual-brand IHOP/Applebee’s restaurant concept coming to Selma. $3 million project with construction starting end of March and completing by end of July. Will be corporate-owned by Dine Brands.
Bleu Bar
New dining concept and bar opening on Blanco Road. $200,000 construction project for 3,543 square-foot space. Construction just started and expected to wrap up by mid-January 2027.
Piada Italian Street Food
Italian fast-casual restaurant chain opening two locations in Greater San Antonio area. Construction starts end of January 2026, expected to wrap up beginning of March 2026. Second location planned for Schertz Station. Chain specializes in customizable Italian wraps and bowls inspired by piadina flatbread.
Bottega Salaria
New Italian osteria and artisan market concept from chef Valerio Lombardozzi, opening in former La Bergerie location. Will feature homemade pastas, Italian olive oil, imported cheeses, cooking classes and movies under the stars.
