New Kyoka Sushi location opening in Kyle, expanding from their existing Round Rock location. Offers all-you-can-eat sushi and Japanese cuisine including sashimi, appetizers, and lunch boxes.
Gyro Hut
Two new Gyro Hut locations opening in Greater Houston area – one at Kingsbridge Plaza and another at 19320 W Bellfort Blvd. Construction starts end of January and wraps end of March 2026. Both will be corporate-run locations serving Mediterranean food including gyros, shawarma, and falafel.
Boba Tea
New bubble tea shop opening at Landing at Northpark shopping center. 1,200 square-foot space with $65,000 construction project. Construction started in November 2025 and expected to wrap up mid-April 2026.
Gyro Hut
Gyro Hut franchisee opening first location in Katy. Fast-casual Mediterranean concept featuring gyros, shawarma, and falafel. Expected to open in quarter one of 2026.
Potbelly Sandwich Works
Potbelly Sandwich Works opening new location at Town Center at Creekside in New Braunfels. Construction slated to wrap up in April 2026. Franchisee Dora Braun is opening this location. Menu will feature sandwiches, soups, and salads.
Papa’s Pizza
Papa’s Pizza opening second location in League City, serving variety of pizzas, calzones, wings, sandwiches and desserts. First location is in Galveston.
