Juice it Up! is expanding to Texas through a multi-unit development agreement with Palate Pros, LLC. The brand specializes in açai bowls and handcrafted smoothies. First location planned for West University Marketplace in Houston, with additional locations planned for Katy.

Boxcar BBQ is opening its first brick-and-mortar location in Lufkin, Texas. The restaurant specializes in Texas Craft BBQ with Tex-Mex flair, featuring brisket, pork spareribs, and unique sides. The remodel is underway with completion expected by mid-April, and the restaurant will open this summer.
