The Stout House

The Stout House is opening its eighth location in the San Antonio Greater region. This will be a two-story bar and eatery with 20 draft beers, two food concepts (burger and pizza), two bars (upstairs and downstairs), and a backyard seating area for 25 with a projector screen.

Los Tios

Houston-based Tex-Mex restaurant Los Tios is converting the former La Madeleine location. This will be the seventh Los Tios location and first in the Greater San Antonio region. Known for margaritas, fajitas, enchiladas, and puffy quesos. Construction improvements are still underway on the 5,500-square-foot space.

Tiny’s Milk & Cookies

Houston-based bakery expanding to San Antonio. Known for premium chocolate chip cookies and homemade ice cream. Construction slated to start in a few months.

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is a confirmed tenant at the Shops at Bluewater retail center currently being developed in Manvel. The development is located at the entrance of the Valencia master-planned community.

Cochinita & Co.

Second location of modern Mexican taqueria by James Beard-recognized chef Victoria Elizondo, opening in former A 2nd Cup space in Lindale Park. Will serve breakfast and lunch daily, with evening dinner series called Corimar launching later.

Taco Bell

Standalone Taco Bell reopening at location that was previously a dual-branded KFC and Taco Bell, near Churchill High School in North San Antonio

Home2 Suites by Hilton Weslaco

Extended-stay hotel with studio and one-bedroom suites featuring in-unit kitchenettes, pet-friendly accommodations, saline pools, fitness/laundry centers, and outdoor patios. 63,202 square feet, $3.15 million construction cost.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott

Eight-story, $40 million luxury hotel with 150 suites along the Guadalupe River. Features two-tier outdoor pool, 4,400-square-foot event space, 1,328-square-foot fitness center, and breakfast lounge with riverside views. Construction underway with steel and concrete structure visible.

Towneplace Suites by Marriott

Four-story, 90-room extended-stay Towneplace Suites by Marriott hotel planned for the Garden District Shopping Center. Located on 2.8 acres along South Medford Drive, directly south of Buffalo Wild Wings. Includes screening wall along southern boundary.

Monarch Hotel

Luxury hotel owned by Zachry Hospitality, has hired about 75% of its staff and recently announced executive chef for two restaurants in the building. Offering wages between $16-29/hour for hourly workers with benefits, free parking/bus passes, and paid time off from day one.
