Panda Express
Panda Express is coming to the Belmont Chase retail center in Ashburn, VA, taking over the former MOD Pizza space. Temporary window cling signage has been installed. Construction has not yet started but contractor selection is underway. This will be the second Panda Express in Loudoun County.
