The Elbow Room
The Elbow Room, a longtime Manitowoc supper club closed since March 2024, is set to reopen under new ownership by Kent Meyer and a silent partner. They are finalizing city Health Department requirements and remodeling before announcing an opening date. Plans include Wisconsin supper club traditions, handcrafted cocktails, steaks, seafood, and fish fry.
AC Hotel Milwaukee Downtown
$50 million, 156-room AC Hotel by Marriott developed by North Central Group Hospitality (NCG) and the Milwaukee Bucks. Located in the Deer District on the former Bradley Center site, south of Fiserv Forum. Will be the second hotel in Deer District alongside The Trade hotel. Construction expected to be completed by late 2027.

A four-story boutique hotel proposed for downtown Hartland, Wisconsin. The project was discussed at a Joint Architectural and Plan Commission meeting. A parking study is being considered.
