Boutique hotel with approximately 11 rooms converting an office building at 790 N. Jackson St. in downtown Milwaukee. Project was delayed by a lawsuit but is taking a step forward as of June 2026. Construction originally started in late 2020.
Chicken Grill Mexican Restaurant
Chicken Grill Mexican Restaurant, expanding from its Menasha location at 1550 Appleton Road, is under construction in a former Pizza Hut space at 1808 University Ave in Green Bay. Pizza Ranch under construction near Home Depot in Wisconsin Rapids. A May 27 storm knocked down walls and wooden beams, delaying the project by two weeks. Owners Gary and Angie Hall say it is still on track to open in a few months.

Teriyaki Madness is reopening its Madison, WI location under corporate ownership after the previous franchisee retired. Grand reopening on June 12 with free bowls for first 25 customers and $6 chicken teriyaki bowls June 12-13. Location will also serve as a test kitchen. Open daily 10am-9pm.
