Applebee’s and IHOP (dual-branded)
Franchisee Siyavoush Soleimani Group confirmed a dual-branded Applebee’s and IHOP location coming to Wisconsin Rapids at 4311 Eighth St. S., the former site of an Applebee’s that closed in April 2025. A second dual-branded location is also planned for Plover, WI. No specific opening date provided.
