Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse
Second Orlando location for New York Italian-American steakhouse chain, taking over former Macaroni Grill space. 9,000 square foot restaurant will seat about 250 guests and offer steakhouse and Italian cuisine.
Jersey Mike’s
Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop opening new location in Leesburg. JM Leesburg, LLC filed permit applications with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. No opening date announced yet.
Takami Sushi
Japanese restaurant featuring fresh sushi, tempura, edamame, and miso soup. Menu is being finalized. Opening contingent on necessary work being completed on schedule.
Smalls Sliders
Fast-casual slider restaurant expanding in Central Florida. Built from 800-square-foot modular shipping containers called ‘cans’. Specializes in made-to-order sliders from fresh ground beef. Multiple locations planned including St. Johns in early May 2026 and Middleton in summer 2026.
TFS Burger Works
TFS Burger Works franchise opening in East Williamsburg, co-owned by David Shechter and Alexandra Grablewski. Features 1,400 sq ft indoor space plus 1,500 sq ft backyard, with industrial automotive aesthetic and locally sourced beer.
Gen KBBQ
Gen KBBQ, a Los Angeles-based all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ chain, is opening a Greenwich Village location. The restaurant will occupy 7,223 square feet across two floors, seating nearly 390 people with plans for a sushi bar. Signage is up but no opening date has been announced.
Super Burrito
Super Burrito is opening a new Murray Hill location serving Cal-Mex food and Mission-style burritos. Founded by San Francisco natives, they already have locations in Rockaway Beach, Williamsburg and Greenwich.
