New concept from The Grilled Cheeserie team opening in the historic Croquet Clubhouse structure at Centennial Park. Will serve food and refreshments to park visitors with outdoor courtyard and indoor seating.

Gigantic 76,000 square foot Buc-ee’s travel center with 120 gas pumps, 18 EV chargers, and 700+ parking spots. Will feature Texas barbecue, jerky wall, baked goods, Beaver Nuggets, and famous brisket. Still in planning stages.
Pupusatime
Pupusatime is opening a second location specializing in authentic Salvadoran dishes including pupusas, tamales, and other traditional fare. Permit applications have been filed with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Joe & the Juice will open a 2,401 square foot juice and coffee shop at Dania Pointe shopping center. The chain specializes in juices, coffees, smoothies, and sandwiches with over 400 locations worldwide.

Dunkin
Dunkin is getting a new 1,981 square foot building at this location. Recent permits issued including commercial electrical permit on January 5, 2026 and sign permit on December 16, 2025. Operated by experienced franchisee Kamlesh Patel.
