Yard House

Yard House opening its third Greater Sacramento location in Folsom, featuring 90+ beer taps, dozens of flat-screen TVs, and rock-themed setting. Will serve lunch, dinner and late-night guests with happy hour Monday-Friday 3-6 PM.

Kat’s Kitchen

New breakfast and lunch restaurant with pantry items and wine service. Moving into former Rick and Ann’s Restaurant location. Owned by Victor and Maya Maravilla. Buildout expected to take approximately three months from late January 2026.

The Lodge

Neighborhood bar reopening under new ownership by Chris Cashin (owner of Boathouse) and Kris Gordon (longtime bartender at Lucky 13). Plans include adding in-house food menu, daytime hours with lighter fare, and banquette seating. Will retain most existing staff and continue food popups less frequently.

Läderach Chocolate

Swiss chocolatier opening new location at Broadway Plaza, moving into former Ecco space. Will offer handcrafted chocolates, pralines, truffles, chocolate bars, and plant-based options.

Randy’s Donuts

Randy’s Donuts, a Los Angeles doughnut shop founded in 1952, is opening its first Bay Area location in Santa Clara. The location will serve as a commissary kitchen to support future Bay Area expansion with 3-4 additional locations planned. Features drive-through, limited indoor seating for 4-8 customers, and outdoor seating.

Phinology Coffee

Vietnam-inspired coffee concept preparing to open in former Chakaa Tea House location in Convoy Village Shopping Center. Will serve Vietnamese coffee and other beverages with tagline ‘Sip the Essence of Vietnam’.

Bacari

Mediterranean-inspired bar and restaurant opening in North Park’s two-story space. Family-owned concept founded by brothers Robert and Danny Kronfli with Executive Chef Lior Hillel. Features Mediterranean small plates, house-made cocktails, dinner daily and weekend brunch.

The Monarch San Antonio

Hotel with three dining destinations – Oak & Amber (signature restaurant), Aleteo (rooftop restaurant), and The Nectarie Café – led by Executive Chef Jae H. Lee. Located in downtown San Antonio’s Hemisfair District.

Old City Hall Restaurant & Bar

Historic 97-year-old building transformed by Wiggins Hospitality Group into a 200-seat restaurant serving elevated American classics. Will begin taking reservations February 9, 2026. Dinner service only initially with lunch service planned for later.

Pokeworks

Pokeworks poke bowl eatery making San Antonio debut at Fredmed Plaza. Construction slated to start Valentine’s Day weekend and wrap up by mid-May. Franchisee plans to open ten locations in San Antonio within two years.
