Microbrewery and retro arcade owned by husband-and-wife duo. Will feature 10 vintage arcade games, 15 customer seats, 6-10 TVs with Nintendo Switch, beer/seltzers, and light snacks. Owners are actively building out the space themselves.

Sendo sushi restaurant is planning a second location in Greenwich Village. The new 900-square-foot space will have 29 seats including 14 at tables and 15 at a bar serving beer and wine. Known for high-quality sushi at approachable prices.

Intimate neighborhood steakhouse with 50 seats offering raw bar dishes, premium steaks, and classic accompaniments. Will be open for dinner and late-night service from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. daily. Located in former Little Prince space.
