Wahlburgers closed its St. Charles location at 825 S Randall Road on June 29, 2026 due to lease ending. Franchisee Ed French is planning to reopen at a new location in St. Charles in the near future. No specific address or opening date has been announced yet. This was the only Wahlburgers in Illinois.

Longtime Raleigh seafood destination closed in March 2025 and is working toward reopening at its original location. Structural repairs are currently underway and delaying the reopening. General manager Hunter Correll partnered with Chef Joe Rohrer to acquire the concept. No opening date has been set yet, but the team confirms the revival is moving forward.
