Bruno’s Tavern
Historic New Orleans bar Bruno’s Tavern is set to reopen later this summer under new ownership. The tavern closed in April after financial difficulties. New owners Will Wilson, Eric Orlando, David Demarest, Caufman Talley, and Greg Buisson — three of whom previously managed Bruno’s — plan to restore its welcoming, sports-focused atmosphere.
KK’s Café
Youngsville-based KK’s Café is opening a second location in Carencro, Lafayette, occupying the former Pizza Amore space. Family-owned restaurant specializing in scratch-made comfort food including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with 15+ homemade cheesecake flavors, burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, fried shrimp, fried catfish, and Sunday BBQ. Bluebird East

P66 Hotel Ops LLC filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
