The Wayland
New cocktail bar replacing Providence Wine Bar in Wayland Square. Described as ski lodge/hotel lobby/speakeasy style without pretense. Partnership between Scott Champagne and Ben Lloyd.
Jitters at the Bay
Jitters coffeehouse opening second location inside newly refurbished Bays Tower. Project has been in works for a year, will serve building’s nearly 200 future residents and the public.
Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream
Ice cream chain opening three locations in Treasure Valley – Eagle (late spring/early summer 2026), Nampa (summer 2026), and Meridian (spring 2027). Makes small-batch ice cream in-house daily with 48 rotating flavors. Owned by local restaurant owners Stephen and Patrick Modjeski.
TR Boiler Room Steakhouse
Upscale steakhouse featuring Wagyu beef from owner’s Traber Ranch. Located in historic downtown location, keeping the Boiler Room name. Open Tuesday-Saturday 5-9 PM.

Dudley’s Downtown
Expansion of Dudley’s Pizza from Damascus. New downtown Alliance location will handle catering and offer elevated experience. Plans to hire 15-20 employees. City Council approved $175,000 loan for the project.

Brazilian steakhouse moving into former House Divided building on Hillside in Amarillo. Features all-you-can-eat concept with meats carved at table and high-end salad bar. Currently has location in Lubbock.
Mr. Gatti’s Pizza
Mr. Gatti’s Pizza is nearing opening in Portland, TX. Owned by Jeff and Kristie Gleinig, the restaurant will feature pizza buffet, arcade games, and private party rooms. Finishing touches are being added with buffet installed and arcade games recently arrived.
