20-room boutique hotel with surf-inspired design located in Atlantic Park near North America’s first Wavegarden Cove surf lagoon. Features minimalist design, private balconies, curated artwork, Belgian Libeco linens, surf racks, private infinity-edge pool, and partnerships with local artists including Schuyler Beecroft.
Arizona Hotel HSL Hyatt
296-room full-service convention hotel reopening after being dormant since 2012. Located adjacent to Tucson Convention Center. Interior renovations and demolition work already begun, exterior work expected to begin next month. $7 million in work already completed including asbestos abatement.
The Radcliffe Inn
12-room boutique hotel and event center being developed in a renovated historic funeral home building from 1936. Event center will hold 160 people. Project includes renovation of existing building plus new addition. Still requires zoning approval and other permits.
Surfliner Inn
Proposed 36-room boutique hotel planned for city’s Parking Lot No. 3 (Amtrak Parking Lot). Two-story inn developed by 499 Linden Managers LLC. Recently received preliminary design approval from Architectural Review Board in December.
River Market Hotel
45-room boutique hotel in Kansas City’s River Market area, set to open just weeks before World Cup matches begin. Managing member Mike Heitman mentioned timing adds pressure but also opportunity.
