Kingdom Sushi Winter Garden

Kingdom Sushi, an all-you-can-eat sushi chain with 9 Florida locations, is preparing to open its first Winter Garden location at 9240 Miley Dr, near Hamlin Town Center and the Horizon West community. The restaurant’s own website lists the location as ‘Coming Soon.’ Menu features sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and Japanese appetizers.

Kalo NYC

Modern Greek restaurant planned for the Upper East Side at the former Maria Mulata (Colombian restaurant) space on Lexington Ave between 72nd and 73rd Streets. Kalo Lexington LLC is seeking a full liquor license for a first-floor restaurant. Official website states ‘Modern Greek Cuisine Coming Soon.’

Teo NoMad

6,000-square-foot Korean culinary and cultural destination in the Haymarket Building featuring a café (malcha/matcha-focused), private tea room, plant-based/plant-forward restaurant, brewery (makgeolli/Korean rice wine), and art gallery. Mid-July soft launch planned with official opening in early August 2026.
