Top Chef winner Danny Garcia plans to open a Latin halal bodega-style restaurant called Only Goods, featuring Puerto Rican and Latin American cuisine without pork. Will function as a luncheonette/bodega counter in front with casual restaurant in back. Currently launching brand with products while searching for location.

El Toro Express plans to open a new location in Kettering at a former Chipotle location. Renovations including landscape improvements and patio addition are planned. Opening date is undetermined as company focuses on other projects first.
