Barberitos signed a five-unit franchise agreement to expand into Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, Alabama markets under franchisee Kevin Gessert. Five additional systemwide openings expected before end of 2026. Brand currently operates 45 restaurants across the Southeast with a pipeline of 32 additional restaurants in development.

Virtue Coffee and Cocktails

New coffee and cocktails lounge (~1,800 sq ft) opening as street-level tenant in the Tanager Apartments development on Capitol Hill. Founded by Zach Bucklin, a former Starbucks supply chain finance professional and Google veteran. Design by Seattle firm Board and Vellum.
