French restaurant relaunch by hospitality veteran Hakan Ilhan. 7,500 sq ft space with 225 seating capacity and 60-seat sidewalk cafe. Will offer lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and late-night menu. Homage to original Bistro Francais that operated 1975-2016.
Rashfa Cafe
Yemeni coffee concept importing beans from Ibb, Yemen. 1,500 square foot space accommodating up to 30 visitors. Menu will feature traditional brewing methods, hot and iced coffee with spices, plus pastries and desserts. Currently in decoration and finishing touches stage.

Chicago-style Italian beef and hot dogs restaurant opening above Del Ray Public House. Owner partnering with Chicago native to bring authentic flavors.

Mediterranean restaurant opening third location in Hyatt Regency hotel at One Bethesda Metro Center. Features mezze-style menu with Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisine led by Executive Chef Ismet Sahin.
The Tackle Shop
Nautical-themed retail tackle shop and bar concept opening at Yards Marina boardwalk. Will serve canned beer and cocktails with outdoor patio seating, plus fishing gear and bait. Grand opening planned for May 9 from noon to 10pm with celebrity fishermen, contests and giveaways.

Premium neighborhood grocery and café concept opening in downtown Tampa’s Encore District. Described as combining curated grocery assortment with design-forward café experience, planned as flagship location for future expansion.

New Dave’s Hot Chicken location planned for Pinellas Park. Plan review paperwork has been submitted by King Chicken, LLC for the new location.

Boston-based sandwich shop expanding to NYC’s East Village with a streamlined menu of 4 chicken cutlet sandwiches. 400 square foot location with signage already up. Will maintain same sourcing and recipes as Boston original.
