Features original heart pine floors, custom cypress beds, continental breakfast, wraparound porch with rocking chairs. Rooms start at $175 weeknights, $350 weekends.

122-room extended-stay hotel with fitness center, kitchenettes in each room with stovetop, microwave and refrigerator, on-site washers and dryers. 48,660 square feet on 3.72-acre parcel within Cagan Crossings development.
Residence Inn
Proposed Residence Inn at Lakeside Crossing development. Developer agreed to remove extended stay designation and reduce building size by 17%. Marriott has approved a Residence Inn for the location. Town Council decision delayed, next meeting May 4.

50-story tower featuring 50 five-star boutique hotel suites, 120 resort residences, and 100 private branded condominiums. First Anantara brand location in the US, developed by One Thousand Group and Minor Hotels. Located in Edgewater neighborhood with waterfront views of Biscayne Bay.

125-key lifestyle hotel planned as part of a $60 million mixed-use redevelopment project. Part of larger development including 401 multifamily residences, retail space, and office building. Site activation expected to begin following permit receipt.
