Chef Troy Guard’s TAG Restaurant Group has signed a lease for G&G Surf Club, a new seafood-focused restaurant concept at the Denver Tech Center. The restaurant will feature a raw bar, open kitchen, and spacious patio, with a menu including prime steaks, wood-fired preparations, and fresh pasta alongside seafood. Expected to open Fall 2026.

Frutella, a Colombian-inspired restaurant with existing locations in Kissimmee and Riverview, is opening a third location at 1333 Florida Mall Ave in Orlando, in the former Could 07 Smoke Shop space.
