8,400-square-foot brewery with 200-seat interior and 200-seat patio under oak trees. Will feature rotating beers focusing on West Coast IPAs and lagers, plus traditional pub fare with barbecue emphasis. Head brewer Daniel Price from Beachwood Brewing.

Big Bad Breakfast

Second Memphis area location for Big Bad Breakfast, a breakfast chain helmed by Chef John Currence. Opening in Cooper-Young in former Mulan Asian Bistro space. Renovations already commenced on 5,000 square foot space.

Blu Jam Cafe

First franchise location of Blu Jam Cafe, a breakfast and brunch spot. 2,200-square-foot location with modern and rustic elements, featuring dine-in area, patio, and dog menu. Franchisee plans to open 3-5 more locations.

HONŌ

Modern Japanese steakhouse, lounge, and rooftop by Riviera Dining Group opening at E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences Miami. Three-level concept with restaurant/lounge on second floor and rooftop lounge with panoramic views.

Ray Mah Cafe

8,500 square foot coffee shop with in-house roasting, serving Yemeni and specialty coffees, desserts, fresh juice, and ice cream. Plans to franchise the concept.

Bar Enzo

Italian-American speakeasy expanding from Long Island City to Midtown East Manhattan. Dual-concept space featuring coffee in the morning and speakeasy in the evening. Liquor license filed with Manhattan Community Board 6.

Big Mike’s BBQ Smokehouse

Flagship location for Big Mike’s BBQ Smokehouse featuring 7,700 square feet with live music venue, bar, and outdoor recreational space. Construction broke ground late last year.

Pathway Café

Non-profit venture featuring both a cafe and professional car wash, serving po-boys, wings, bagels, and grits. Provides employment for folks in recovery and those reintegrating after incarceration. Currently undergoing interior renovations.

Elisa’s Cuban Coffee & Kitchen

Cuban food trailer expanding to brick-and-mortar restaurant with 80-seat dining room, full bar, breakfast service, and drive-thru. Owners took over the truck in July 2025 and are converting a former po-boy shop into a tropical-themed Cuban restaurant.

The Paper Mill

Mt. Juliet breakfast-and-brunch restaurant expanding to second location in downtown Gallatin. New space will seat 90 people and feature a milkshake bar. Currently undergoing renovations.
