Red Robin
New Red Robin franchise location opening near Fashion Square Mall, replacing a former Logan’s Roadhouse. Operated by Ansara Restaurant Group. CEO Victor Ansara is targeting a November 2026 opening. This will be the 20th Red Robin location in Michigan for the group.

Benihana is opening its first fast-casual concept, Benihana Express, at 1380 16th Street in downtown Denver, occupying 3,000 sq ft on the ground floor of the 16M Building at the corner of 16th Street and Market Street. No opening date has been announced yet.

Texas de Brazil, a Brazilian churrascaria chain, is opening a new location at The Orchard Town Center in Westminster, CO. Cerebral Brewing plans to open a new taproom in Downtown Parker, CO in mid-2027. The location will be a 4,200-square-foot space offering beer, food, and community gathering. The brewery was founded in 2015 by Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire and currently has taprooms in West Highland, Congress Park, and Aurora.
