168-room luxury hotel in the Savannah Skyscraper, featuring restaurant, lobby lounge, rooftop bar and pool, 5,000-square-foot spa and wellness center, and over 5,000 square feet of meeting space. First Ritz-Carlton in Savannah.

Marriott Courtyard and Residence Inn

Five-story, dual-branded Marriott hotel featuring both Courtyard and Residence Inn properties as part of the Halo Vista development’s first phase retail planning along I-17 and Dove Valley Road

The Standard-Austin

Rebranding of existing South Congress Hotel to become first Texas location for The Standard hotels brand. Property will close end of May 2026 for renovation. Hyatt Corporation and Timberline Real Estate Partners acquired the property. Will be first new U.S. Standard development in over a decade.

The Yard Hotel

8-story hotel with 160 rooms featuring masonry, plaster and limestone construction with a portico, swimming pool and views of the ballpark. Part of Downtown West development project.

MHA Nation Casino Resort

$2 billion casino, hotel, entertainment, and sports complex planned by the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation. Project includes casino-hotel, entertainment theater, convention center, and possibly a 15,000-20,000 seat sports center. Tribe owns 23 acres of land in Las Vegas.

Foundry Park Boutique Hotel

Boutique hotel planned as part of the $800 million Foundry Park mixed-use development on former Finkl Steel plant site. Development includes 3,300 residences, retail, and public spaces. Construction expected to begin October 2026 with overall completion in seven years.
