JW Marriott Phoenix Arizona Center
Las Vegas-based LaPour Partners is converting a 19-story office tower at Arizona Center into a 340-room JW Marriott luxury hotel. Planned amenities include new restaurants, a resort-style pool, fitness center, ballroom, meeting spaces, and a club lounge on upper levels. This is LaPour’s fourth hotel project in the Phoenix area.
