PRESS Coffee is planning its first West Valley location inside the Sprouts Farmers Market at Four Corners in Lake Pleasant Towne Center. No official opening timeline has been announced. The Arizona-based specialty coffee chain currently operates 19 Valley locations. Founded by Steve Kraus and Tram Mai in 2008.
Tortillas Chiwas
New concept from Tacos Chiwas owners Nadia Holguin and Armando Hernandez. Taking over a historic former tortilla factory building in Tucson’s Barrio Hollywood neighborhood. Will feature on-site tortilla and masa production, a ~30-seat restaurant with fast-casual daytime offerings (gorditas, quesadillas, burritos) and a seasonal dinner menu. Family-owned Chicago-style Italian restaurant expanding to a second Arizona location in Mesa. Menu features Italian beef sandwiches, pizzas, pasta, and comfort food staples.
