Ted’s Hot Dogs is opening their second Arizona location in Chandler this May. This will serve as a flagship location designed as a blueprint for future expansion throughout Arizona and other states including Florida, Nashville, and Texas.

O.H.S.O. Brewery & Distillery

O.H.S.O. Brewery & Distillery will open its eighth taproom at Verrado Marketplace. The 5,300 square foot location will offer fresh beer on tap, cocktails, and a full kitchen menu. Dog-friendly with dedicated bark bites menu.

Chili’s

Chili’s casual dining restaurant joining Verrado Marketplace, located between BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse and Pacific Dental Services in the new 500,000 square foot shopping and entertainment center

Mission BBQ

Patriotic barbecue restaurant planning a new location in Glendale. Banner already placed on construction site. Features classic BBQ meats and sides, with daily National Anthem tribute at noon.

Cheba Hut

Cheba Hut is opening a 3,100 square foot location in Arcadia. Construction should be finished by May with opening shortly after. A second Scottsdale Road location will open a few months later.

Luna Grill

Mediterranean chain expanding to Gilbert location in former Teriyaki Madness space in SanTan Village area, next to Costco and Menchie’s Yogurt. Part of larger Arizona expansion planned for 2026 and beyond.

James Beard Award-winning chef Rene Andrade is opening a new restaurant called Lupe in the former Barrio Cafe space. Liquor license application filed and interior transformation underway.

Hotel planned as part of the 100-acre CityNorth development led by Crown Realty Group, alongside Sprouts headquarters and apartments

Hyatt Studios

114-room, four-story Hyatt Studios extended-stay hotel on 2.28 acres near TSMC’s Phoenix campus. Upscale extended-stay product with kitchenettes targeting contractors and long-term visitors. Developed by Scottsdale-based Caliber under exclusive development agreement with Hyatt.

Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen

Seventh location of locally owned healthy Italian kitchen chain opening in Happy Valley. 2,000-square-foot space with organic design, parametric feature wall, and covered patio. Offers gluten-free menu with fusion approach to Italian cuisine.
