Spinato’s Pizzeria is planning to relocate its North Phoenix restaurant to a new location. Liquor license filing indicates restaurant with patio service. This is a relocation of existing North Phoenix location.

New restaurant from Common Ground Culinary planned for Bond mixed-use development. Liquor license filed but exact concept and opening date not yet disclosed. Will include patio service.

138-room resort formerly known as Poco Diablo Resort, reimagined with updated design and wellness facilities. Features king and bunk rooms, some with patios, fireplaces, and kitchenettes. Includes spa opening May 15, Gear Garage, tennis/pickleball courts, and Verde Shuttle access.

Handel’s Ice Cream

Handel’s Ice Cream franchise location opening at GSQ mixed-use development in Goodyear. Construction has just started on the building. Franchise owner Joseph Maher already operates multiple locations in Phoenix area.

Lucca Living Room

Italian-inspired casual lounge concept with wood-fired pizzas and small plates, sister restaurant to Lucca Coastal Kitchen. Features u-shaped bar, open pasta and pizza kitchen, and will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

Sushi by Bou

Omakase sushi restaurant opening at the Westin Tempe Hotel. Offers 12-17 course experiences in a speakeasy setting with cocktails and theatrics. Part of a growing chain with about 20 locations.

Starfish Scottsdale

5,200-square-foot Asian-inspired restaurant by Starfish Hospitality Group, their first location outside California. Features over 70 shareable plates with Southeast Asian flavors, indoor seating and patio. Limited reservations available May 1-4 ahead of opening.

Cambria Hotel Mesa Rooftop Restaurant

Rooftop bar and restaurant at new Cambria Hotel Mesa, four-story hotel with 107 guest rooms. Rooftop restaurant will be open to the public with desert views.

Project Lean Nation

First Arizona location for Project Lean Nation, a healthful eating spot offering chef-driven ready-to-eat meals with nutritional coaching. Franchise owners Kyle and Courtney Bridges are opening this location.

Turquoise Wine Bar

Wine bar offering curated selection of 250+ sustainably produced wines, tasting flights, and food pairings including pizza, salads, and flatbreads. Mother-and-son team bringing the concept to give community a new gathering place.
