Neighborhood pub and bar concept opening in Downtown Oakland at the former home of Dinner House. Launched by chef Michelle Macqueen and bar owner Matt Sturm, Five and Dime will offer elevated cocktails and soulful comfort food with Asian and Caribbean influences.
