Sacasta
Basque-inspired tapas and pintxos bar by Michelin-starred chef Chris Barnum-Dann, part of three new concepts opening at Tower Broadway. Will accommodate roughly 85 diners with communal long tables and sharing-style menu.
Golfery of Marin
Indoor golf simulator lounge and co-working concept with on-site food and beverage options. Features five simulator bays, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and self-pour beverages. Soft opening targeted for end of June, grand opening planned for early July.
Mt. Diablo BBQ
New barbecue restaurant owned by Eric Ingram and Lawrence Ingram Jr., replacing former barbecue restaurants at the location. Owners have extensive experience in Northern California barbecue scene with multiple locations.
Delphine
New Mediterranean restaurant concept from Troya owners in Mill Creek Plaza. Liquor license application recently submitted. Menu and concept details still under wraps but expected to continue Mediterranean influence with elevated dining experiences.
Pineapple King Bakery
Hong Kong-style bakery specializing in pineapple buns, egg tarts, and other pastries. Third location for the brand, expanding to the Peninsula from existing San Francisco and Fremont locations.
Shake Shack
Shake Shack opening its 17th Bay Area location at Village at San Antonio Center, scheduled to open at 10 a.m. with tote bags for first guests. Will serve limited-time Clubhouse Pimento Cheese menu items.
Curry Lane Kitchen
Chandi Hospitality purchased the former In-N-Out location for $1.8 million and intends to turn it into a Curry Lane Kitchen, an Indian fast-food restaurant they operate in Punjab
Desi Pizza Bites
Indian-Italian fusion restaurant expanding from Dublin to Carmichael location in San Juan Center. Will feature two dozen pizzas, kababs, wraps, salads and snacks. Space getting fresh paint and new flooring before opening.

Miniature doughnut franchise opening second Northern California location in 1,300 square feet at Elk Grove Commons retail center. Part of 10-territory development plan across Northern California.
