Rize Up Bakery is converting its existing production kitchen in SoMa into its first public-facing cafe. The menu will feature sourdough breads, grilled cheese sandwiches, pastries, cookies, open-faced toasts, and a full coffee program.

Boston brothers launching crowdfunding campaign to open brick-and-mortar storefront for their Northeast-style pizza concept, currently operating from ghost kitchen. Exploring Midtown Sacramento location with plans to expand menu and offer dine-in experience.

Round Table Pizza

Round Table Pizza location preparing to reopen after closing in summer 2025. Operated by franchisees Raj Pooni and Ravinder Kang of KPA CH, Inc. License filed with California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

Pho Tasty

Vietnamese-style eatery expanding to Rancho Cordova. Known for variety of pho options, bánh mì, spring rolls, and Vietnamese desserts. Founded by Sacramento local Allison Lo who also owns Asian Blossom in Granite Bay.

New Mexican cantina opening in Marina space formerly occupied by Tipsy Pig. From the team behind Bar Darling, April Jean, and Peacekeeper.

Rancho Cantina

Rancho Cantina, a Ranch-to-Table Restaurant & Bar with wood-fired grill currently in Lafayette, will open second location in Danville at former Cocina Hermanas location. Serves wood-fired meats, small plates, Mexican fare, and cocktails.

H Mart

H Mart’s first East Bay location opening with grocery store, 8,552-square-foot food hall with multiple dining options including Oh K-Dog & Egg Toast, Kyodong Noodles, Chodang, BBQ Chicken, Daeho, and Tous Les Jours. Grand opening events with prizes and giveaways planned.
