Woman-owned breakfast-to-lunch spot expanding from Sacramento to second location in former Denny’s space. Menu includes breakfast, brunch, and lunch items with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Features extensive mimosa menu and cocktails.
Andytown Coffee Roasters
Andytown Coffee Roasters is opening their tenth location in downtown San Francisco in a 2,200-square-foot space that was formerly a Starbucks. The location will serve their signature coffee and house-made baked goods, with part of the space designed for LendingClub employees.
The Melt
Fast-casual burger brand opening first airport location at SFO’s Harvey Milk Terminal 1. Will feature full menu of burgers, grilled cheese, chicken and sides, plus new breakfast menu and Harvey Milkshake created for the airport location.
Greystone Lounge
New music bar concept taking over former Viking Cocktail Lounge location. Launched by longtime San Francisco bartender Ryan Blanchard with 30+ years experience. Will focus on live music with local and regional acts, combining entertainment with carefully crafted drinks.
Chandi Hospitality restaurant
Santa Rosa-based Chandi Hospitality purchased the former In-N-Out location for $1.8 million. Company specializes in restaurant turnarounds and franchise development. No specific plans announced yet, but redevelopment will require permits and months of work before reopening.

Filipino fast-food chain opening new location in Stockton with grand opening promotions including free Chickenjoy for first 50 customers. Initially offering to-go, drive-thru and online orders only.
