Olive Garden

First Olive Garden location coming to Hesperia at High Desert Gateway shopping center. Official announcement made January 29, 2026, but opening date not yet confirmed.

Gabacho

Latin-French fusion restaurant in 2,500-square-foot space featuring Guatemalan and Central American food with French influence. Menu will focus on brunch and dinner with risottos, pastas, steaks, crepes, and dessert French toast. Space includes bar-cafe, dining room, and outdoor patio.

The Paddock

Sports bar and restaurant with horse racing focus, taking over former Oaks Local space. Offers 200 indoor seats and 68-seat outdoor patio, elevated bar food menu including specialty pizzas and burgers, plus breakfast and brunch service.

Little Lenny’s

New smaller format concept from Lenny’s Casita team offering Mexican food with Middle Eastern touches in a non-kosher format. 1,200-square-foot space with vintage and modern design elements.

JINYA

Upscale JINYA concept featuring modern, high-end design with menu centered around dry-aged meat and seafood program. More upscale offering from JINYA Holdings.

Toki Craft

New brewery and taproom featuring Japanese small plates, blending Japanese heritage and American brewing traditions. 4,109 square feet with 67 interior seats and 62 patio seats. Will operate 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. with live entertainment.

OBO’ Italian Table & Bar

Second location of OBO’ Italian Table & Bar replacing Sellands Cafe in El Dorado Hills Town Center. Features handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and Italian classics. Construction currently underway.

Dapper Doughnut

Mini doughnut franchise opening first California location in Sacramento area. 1,388-square-foot location in Stanford Plaza retail center. Specializes in hot, fresh, made-to-order mini doughnuts with various flavors, plus specialty desserts and beverages.

Chula Vista Brewery

Chula Vista Brewery temporarily closed for renovations and to roll out a new culinary concept. Expected to reopen in late February to early March 2026 after 6-8 weeks of updates.

Saya Brasserie

Dubai-based cafe and dining concept opening its first U.S. location in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter. American-inspired breakfasts, brunches, and all-day meals in a 4,500 sq ft space with patio. Soft opening April 1-16, grand opening April 17.
