Taconora
New Sonoran-style taqueria preparing to debut in former Smash and Stack Burger location. Menu will feature traditional taquerÃa offerings centered on Sonoran-style flour tortillas, grilled proteins including carne asada and two versions of al pastor. Currently undergoing renovations.

She Rode West
New sister restaurant from Cowboy Star team opening in Bankers Hill at Park Summit building. 3,100-square-foot space offering seasonal, shareable menu with all-day dining concept. Western heroine-inspired theme with brighter, more open design than Cowboy Star.
One of Us
San Diego’s first women’s sports bar opening its first permanent location in North Park. Will prioritize women’s sports while also showing men’s games when they don’t conflict. Family-friendly and community-oriented with full bar service. Currently raising funds for buildout.
The Diamond Room
A new cocktail-focused hospitality venue from Patina Group opening in the former City Tacos space near Petco Park. Will offer cocktails, premium spirits, multi-course dinners and late-night items. Operated by Delaware North’s premium hospitality division.

Benihana plans to open 10 new restaurant locations across the San Francisco Bay Area including 3 franchised restaurants, 2 joint-venture locations, and 5 Benihana Express outlets. Two joint-venture locations expected to open next year, remaining locations over next seven years.

Plant-forward fast-casual restaurant from Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand goop opening first San Diego location at One Paseo Shopping Center. Focuses on clean, nutrient-forward meals with items that exclude refined sugars, processed foods, gluten, dairy, and preservatives.

Southern California breakfast and brunch restaurant expanding to Highland Park location with 2,503 sq ft indoor dining (76 seats), 1,245 sq ft rear patio (60 seats), and 165 sq ft front sidewalk area (18 seats). Will serve breakfast classics with unique twists and full alcohol menu.

Tuscan-inspired lifestyle cafe opening third Los Angeles location in Metlox Shopping Center. Will feature espresso bar, wine selections, and Italian market items. Led by co-founders Pietro Brembilla and Brian Persico.
