Asian-fusion restaurant returning to North Park inside Coin-Op Game Room. Menu will include katsu sandos, Taiwanese popcorn chicken, smashburger with fries, and handheld foods for gaming. Grand opening planned after St. Patrick’s Day 2026.

New cafe planned as part of Oceanside Museum of Art’s campus expansion. Will include indoor and outdoor seating and serve as a social hub for visitors. Construction expected to begin early 2027 with full campus dedication in Spring 2028.

Sangucheria Peruvian Street Food is expanding to Liberty Public Market with a new location serving signature sandwiches, empanadas, desserts, and adding Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken. Owner says paperwork is underway and hopes to open in about a month.

South Florida-based luxury coffee brand opening first California location in former Starbucks space. Focuses on Yemeni and Ethiopian single-origin roasts with elevated café offerings including signature drinks like Adeni Karak Chai and Honey & Cardamom Latte.

Mexican restaurant reopening after fire destroyed interior in August 2024. Rebuilding with updated menu and upgraded dining experience. Features homemade Mexican meals from family recipes including burritos, tacos, and house-made salsas.
Avatar Coffee Roasters
Avatar Coffee Roasters is opening their third location in Menifee, moving into the former Pieology Pizzeria space near Countryside Marketplace. The specialty coffee company will offer espresso drinks, cold brew, teas, and full breakfast/lunch menu including avocado toast, sandwiches, and acai bowls.
La Guapa Taqueria Bar
Mexican-inspired restaurant and bar replacing the now-closed Ricardo’s El Ranchito in the Beach Commerce Center. Owner is preparing the space and aiming to welcome customers in July 2026.

SUSHISAMBA will open in West Hollywood’s Design District featuring a rooftop space with multi-level open-air dining, private dining room, and retractable roof. Design inspired by Copacabana sidewalks of Rio de Janeiro.
