Premier Pub
Soccer-focused pub replacing former Cheers Bar & Grill. Official brand launch planned for New Year’s Day with full grand opening in January. Menu will feature smash burgers with soccer-themed names, live music, and community-focused environment.

New Honor Bar location by Hillstone Restaurant Group opening in former Bully’s North building. Will serve shareable snacks, sandwiches, cocktails, wines, and beers in casual setting. Construction currently underway.
Olive Garden
Olive Garden is preparing to open a new location in the former Bank of America space near San Ysidro Premium Outlet Mall. Documents have been submitted to the Department of Environmental Health and Quality indicating early progress on the project.
Manor Coffee
Specialty coffee brand opening new storefront in Hillcrest with artisanal drinks and cozy Victorian manor aesthetic. Owners have 10+ years combined coffee industry experience. Menu includes specialty drinks, classic coffee options, and seasonal specials with pastries and light offerings.
Pizza Cassette
Pizza Cassette’s second location opening in Pacific Beach, featuring New York-meets-Italian-style pizza with 60-80 indoor seats and potential outdoor patio. Will use high-end electric Italian oven due to permitting restrictions. Menu emphasizes artisanal, scratch-made ingredients including specialty pizzas, pasta, salads, and sandwiches.
Taconora
New Sonoran-style taqueria preparing to debut in former Smash and Stack Burger location. Menu will feature traditional taquerÃa offerings centered on Sonoran-style flour tortillas, grilled proteins including carne asada and two versions of al pastor. Currently undergoing renovations.

New sister restaurant from Cowboy Star team opening in Bankers Hill at Park Summit building. 3,100-square-foot space offering seasonal, shareable menu with all-day dining concept. Western heroine-inspired theme with brighter, more open design than Cowboy Star.

San Diego’s first women’s sports bar opening its first permanent location in North Park. Will prioritize women’s sports while also showing men’s games when they don’t conflict. Family-friendly and community-oriented with full bar service. Currently raising funds for buildout.
