Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride

532,000-sq-ft luxury resort with 52 hotel rooms, 43 hotel residences and 26 private residences. Located on 4.5-acre parcel next to Telluride gondola. First new luxury hotel development in Telluride in over 15 years.

Imperial Hotel

36-key slopeside hotel at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8. Will be the last slopeside hotel at the resort. Partial opening December 2027, full completion 2029.

Lobos Cocina and Bar

Mexican restaurant and bar co-owned by Marcel Marin and Brenda Barron, who previously worked at Blue Agave Fine Mexican Dining. Features traditional Mexican flavors with elevated presentation and vibrant atmosphere inspired by their fine dining background.

Denver Cafe and Kava

Non-alcoholic bar and cafe serving coffee, Chinese and Vietnamese teas, and kava. Founded by team of friends who met at Golden Kava Lounge. Buildout began in October 2025.

Chicken Salad Chick

Fast casual chicken salad restaurant opening in Denver Tech Center. Grand opening celebration with free chicken salad for a year to first 100 guests. Owned by Maureen McFerson with support from husband Luke Hadden.

National Western Center Hotel

160-room hotel planned as part of National Western Center expansion. Part of $812 million construction phase that includes equestrian center and parking garage.

Blazing Bird

Second Blazing Bird location in Aurora, ninth overall location for the Nashville hot chicken chain. Owner Artem Muradyan expanded rapidly in 2025 with three new locations. No specific opening date announced yet.

Zodiac Subs

Second location of New York-style sandwich shop with Zodiac-themed sandwiches. Larger space will offer additional seating compared to original takeout-focused location. Opening pending city approval.

Longmont Indian Kitchen

Contemporary Indian restaurant by veteran chef Sheel Joshi, featuring authentic dishes including chicken Mangalorean. Small 18-seat space focused on take-out, located in former temp agency building.

In-N-Out Burger

In-N-Out Burger has submitted a concept review for a new 3,890-square-foot drive-through restaurant with 1,400-square-foot outdoor patio in Broomfield. Single-story Spanish-Mediterranean building design consistent with chain’s structures.
