Savina’s Mexican Kitchen is reportedly coming to Loveland this spring, taking over the former Pinocchio’s Incredible Italian space. Construction activity is ongoing at the site. The restaurant has deep Colorado roots, with locations in Denver and Castle Rock.

Snarf’s Sandwiches is preparing to open a new location in east Denver. The 6,371 square foot space will undergo renovation with construction expected to begin mid-January and complete by mid-April. The location is listed as ‘coming soon’ on their website.

Dry Dock Brewing Company is opening a new pub location in the Wash Park area, taking over the former Pub on Pearl space. Will feature full bar, elevated pub fare, outdoor patio, live music, and more than a dozen taps pouring beers from both Dry Dock and Left Hand Brewing.
