Colorado’s first drive-thru only Chick-fil-A prototype restaurant opening with drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, Mobile Thru, walk-up window and outdoor patio seating. Operated by U.S. Army veteran Jason Sutton who also operates Chick-fil-A Quebec Street in Denver.

Doubles Club

Pickleball and bar/café concept opening in former Infinite Monkey Theorem space in RiNo. Features four pickleball courts, bar/café with drinks and grab-and-go items, and patio. Drop-in play for $15 up to 2 hours, with memberships and leagues planned.

Neveria La Delicia

Family-run ice cream and snack shop opening second location in Athmar Park. Specializes in paletas (cream-based Mexican popsicles), also serves crepes, elote and dorinachos. Food license filed with City of Denver.

Wing Shack

Wing Shack expanding to Denver Metro area with 16th location in former Fuzzy’s Taco Shop space. 3,600 sq ft restaurant with indoor seating for 86, outdoor patio for 30, and full bar. Plans 8-12 more Denver-area locations over next several years.

G-Que BBQ

Fifth location of award-winning Colorado BBQ chain opening 4,000-square-foot restaurant with 170 seats, patio, Que-Thru pickup lane, full bar, and The Ice Cream Farm scoop shop in Ladera mixed-use development

Rōmyō

Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant by Bonanno Concepts opening in historic Miller Building at Larimer Square. Features 80-seat dining room with kaiseki-inspired bar and outdoor patio. Replaces their closing Dumplin’ concept.

Tavern on Blake Street

Restaurant taking over former Blake Street Tavern space. Owner Jeff Moerke and wife Ashley signed lease after nearly two-year process. Menu will be similar to their Snowmass and Carbondale locations, featuring burgers to caviar. Space will have 50+ TVs, arcade, and live music venue in basement.

Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant

Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant chain expanding to sixth location in downtown Loveland, serving Tex-Mex cuisine. 6,720-square-foot building across from Rialto Theater, expected to employ about 40 people.
