Texas de Brazil, a Brazilian churrascaria chain, is opening a new location at The Orchard Town Center in Westminster, CO. The restaurant features all-you-can-eat flame-grilled meats served tableside on skewers, plus an extensive salad bar. Opening is expected later this summer 2026. Cerebral Brewing
Cerebral Brewing plans to open a new taproom in Downtown Parker, CO in mid-2027. The location will be a 4,200-square-foot space offering beer, food, and community gathering. The brewery was founded in 2015 by Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire and currently has taprooms in West Highland, Congress Park, and Aurora.
Stoney’s Bar & Grill
Denver-based sports and music bar expanding to first Colorado Springs location in the former Oskar Blues space at the DeGraff building. Owners signed a 10-year lease for 15,000 sq ft on first floor and basement. Plan to upgrade audio-visual system. Expect to open ‘by football season’ (estimated September 2026).
