Sky Bear Brewery and Pub is moving to a larger space around the corner from their current location. The new location will feature more outdoor space including a back patio and two front patios, plus an upstairs space that can hold over 100 people for events.

Mobile coffee shop transitioning to permanent 2,400 square foot brick-and-mortar location adjacent to Switchback Stadium. Offers coffees, plant-based energy drinks, muffins and breakfast burritos. Owner envisions it as a non-alcoholic evening gathering space.

Family-owned Vietnamese restaurant opening in Tamarac Shopping Center in Hampden neighborhood. Owners got keys in November 2025 and are working through buildout phase while developing recipes.

Japanese sushi and izakaya concept replacing former Bono’s Pit Bar-B-Q location. Same owner as Shoyu Sushi & Japanese Cuisine in Parker. Construction/renovation just getting started with windows covered and construction pods in parking lot.

Steely’s

New restaurant at former Louie’s Pizza My Heart location. Owner is holistic chef who plans to offer hamburgers and pizza, revive music scene, and create family-friendly atmosphere. Liquor license unanimously approved by board.

Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse steakhouse coming to Johnstown in the 2534 development. The lot does not have an address yet but is located at the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 34 and Interstate 25.
