The Lowdown

Family-oriented bar and grill opening in Boulder. Co-owned by Erin Perkins and Jean Della Contrada. Will serve diverse menu and craft beers from 14 taps. Named after Boz Scaggs’ 1976 hit ‘Lowdown’.

Firehouse Subs

First Firehouse Subs location in Longmont, located in Harvest Junction shopping plaza. Fast-casual sandwich shop specializing in hot sub sandwiches. Owned by Scott Highland.

Chili Shack

First franchise location of Denver-based Mexican-American restaurant chain known for green chili dishes. 1,100 sq ft space with indoor seating for 20 and patio seating for 15. Open 8am-8pm daily serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Reunion Bread

Venezuelan and Portuguese-inspired bakery relocating from Source Hotel to expanded South Pearl Street location in Platt Park. New space is more than twice the size and will feature cold display case, savory items like focaccia pizza, and potential wine service with liquor license.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride

532,000-sq-ft luxury resort with 52 hotel rooms, 43 hotel residences and 26 private residences. Located on 4.5-acre parcel next to Telluride gondola. First new luxury hotel development in Telluride in over 15 years.

Imperial Hotel

36-key slopeside hotel at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 8. Will be the last slopeside hotel at the resort. Partial opening December 2027, full completion 2029.

Lobos Cocina and Bar

Mexican restaurant and bar co-owned by Marcel Marin and Brenda Barron, who previously worked at Blue Agave Fine Mexican Dining. Features traditional Mexican flavors with elevated presentation and vibrant atmosphere inspired by their fine dining background.

Denver Cafe and Kava

Non-alcoholic bar and cafe serving coffee, Chinese and Vietnamese teas, and kava. Founded by team of friends who met at Golden Kava Lounge. Buildout began in October 2025.

Chicken Salad Chick

Fast casual chicken salad restaurant opening in Denver Tech Center. Grand opening celebration with free chicken salad for a year to first 100 guests. Owned by Maureen McFerson with support from husband Luke Hadden.

National Western Center Hotel

160-room hotel planned as part of National Western Center expansion. Part of $812 million construction phase that includes equestrian center and parking garage.
